✓ Works in all games since Gen IV

🔄

✓ Works on wild & static encounters

🌿

Nature Mints (Gen VIII+)

In Sword/Shield, Scarlet/Violet and later games, you can use **Nature Mints** to change a Pokémon's stat modifications without changing its actual nature. Available from Battle Tower (50 BP each) or Tera Raids.

Pro Tips

💡

Choosing the Right Nature

Pick a nature that boosts your Pokémon's best stat while lowering its least used stat.

🎯

Competitive Standard

Most competitive Pokémon use natures that boost Speed, Attack, or Sp.Attack.

⚔️

Physical vs Special

Physical attackers should lower Sp.Atk (Adamant/Jolly), special attackers should lower Atk (Modest/Timid).

🏠

Trick Room Teams

Use Brave/Quiet natures (-Speed) for Trick Room, where slower Pokémon move first.
